My subconscious is a diehard Cubs fan too

I sadly admit that last night despite my best effort I fell asleep for the last hour of the Cubs game. I was sitting on my couch for the first part of the game to stay awake, however, as it got latter the bed seemed more and more appealing. (Staring at the wall and listing to the radio is kind of boring). I finally convinced myself that I could lie in bed and stay up to finish the game; I was wrong. After 10 minutes I was out, but my brain kicked back on when it heard Pat say "Cubs Win! Cubs Win!" and I listened to the post game to hear what I had missed.
