Jim Edmons, this has bad karma written all over it.

It's a move like this that could spell bad luck for the Cubbies. I understand that it's a no risk move since is only the minimum salary, but this guy bleeds all kinds of red from being a St. Lou Cardinal for so long. Not to mention that we are replacing a young speedy center fielder for an old and not as speedy center fielder.

I agree. The game on the 15th he stuck out and hit into a DP. But he is prolly used to that. He likes to get DPed himself.
