Sorinao down, Patterson up? WTF

Is this just so that Eric can stick it to his brother Correy during this Reds series? I don't get this move at all besides it being a left handed bat, but guess what we have a ton of those on the bench. Why is Murton in the dog house and not up while Sorinao is on the 15 day DL? Eri Pat, haha get it like Co Pat, has not proven anything while Murton has shown that he can hit and drive in runs.

Ya that move pisses the hell out me. Why would you bring in someone who has not proven himself vs. someone who already has. Its like Lou is trying to give him a shot, but thats not what is best for the team. Put Murton in, he is a strong clutch hitter and plays amazing defense.

Yeah not amazing defense, that is the only reason I can see that they did not call him up. With Patterson up now we have way to many middle infielders on the team.

I think it was because Soriano was only going to be down for a couple weeks. If it had been long term Murton would have come up. That or Lou just does not like Murt.
