Who is the best manager ever? Not Lou!!! He isn't the worst but he is not the BEST

I don't know who the manager was in 1907 and 1908 but back to back is hard to do.

Most Entertaining I will agree with, but BEST manager? I mean come on... He wasn't even excited when Fukudome hit that homer. Okay okay I know it was opening day and they were just tied, but come on FUKUDOME is new show some enthusiasm for the team please :)
Maybe he is too old and can't see the homer
